SLM / DMLS Steel Printing
Selective Laser Melting and DMLS for 316L stainless, 17-4 PH, and maraging 300. Full melt pool fusion delivers 99.9% density, superior corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties exceeding wrought specifications.
Tool Steel & Maraging
H13 and M300 maraging steel for injection molds, dies, and high-cycle tooling. Maraging 300 reaches 1965 MPa UTS after aging — the highest-strength steel available in additive manufacturing.
Post-Processing
Full post-processing: support removal, stress relief, aging, HIP, CNC finishing, and surface treatment. We certify to ASTM A276 and customer-specific material standards.
Quality Inspection
CMM dimensional inspection, CT scanning for internal defects, and full material certification. Every production part ships with a dimensional report and mechanical property documentation.
